Raspberry Buns

Serves 6

Fluffy and soft with just the right touch of sweetness. You can’t go past a Raspberry Bun made with our Gluten Freedom Sourdough Baps.

You’ll need:
* Venerdi Gluten Freedom Sourdough Baps
* 50g dairy-free butter
* 2 cups icing sugar
* Water (as needed)
* Jam
* Vanilla paste
* Food colouring
* Gluten-free sprinkles
* Desiccated coconut

Method:

Mix the icing sugar, butter and vanilla paste together, adding a little water until you reach your desired consistency. Stir in your food colouring.
Poke a hole in the top of each bap and pipe in the jam. Top with icing, finish with your favourite toppings, and enjoy ✨
