Paleo French Toast

Ingredient

• 4 x slices Pure Foodie Almond & Linseed
• 2 x eggs
• ¼ cup coconut milk
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

To Serve

• Fresh fruit (we love an assortment of fresh berries)
• Pure maple syrup
• Coconut yoghurt

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, cinnamon and coconut sugar until well combined.
2. Heat a pan over a medium heat and add your coconut oil.
3. Dip your bread into the egg mixture, soaking each side well.
4. Place each slice of the soaked bread into the pan and fry each side for 3minutes or until golden brown.
