Ingredients

1 pack Gluten Freedom Everything Bagels
4 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
Chilli flakes
Chives

Method

Cut each bagel hole slightly larger so the egg can sit neatly in the center.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Add a small pile of grated cheese for each bagel, then place the bagel on top.
Crack an egg into each hole. Top with more grated cheese and bake or air-fry until the egg reaches your preferred consistency.
Finish with chopped chives and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
