Venerdi Gluten Free Food Festival Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Venerdi Limited, 33A Cartwright Road, Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand
   0602.
2. Promotion starts 9 May 2025 and finishes 10 May 2025. One winner will be drawn on 14 May 2025.
3. The prize for this promotion for the winner is the full Venerdi Gluten Freedom range. The retail value of the prize is approximately $89.38.
4. To enter, entrants must enter their email address into the pop up to sign up to the Venerdi email database.
5. Winner will be chosen by chance draw and will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur at 11AM the Tuesday after the original draw.
6. Venerdi will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to New Zealand
   addresses only.
7. Venerdi Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time
   should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Venerdi Limited is
   final.
8. Winners will be contacted by email and the names will be published in the comments section of the giveaway post approximately 24 hours after the winner is drawn.
9. Venerdi Limited staff are not eligible to enter.
10. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably
    suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the
