Battle of the Buns Competition

1. The promoter is Venerdi Limited, 33A Cartwright Road, Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand
   0602.
2. Promotion starts 6th May 2026 and finishes 24th May 2026. One winner will be chosen on 25th May 2026. NZ and Australia.
3. The prize for this promotion for the winner is a $200 supermarket voucher and a Venerdi prize pack to the value of approximately $260.
4. To enter the draw, comment on our Battle of the Burgers Facebook or Instagram post with your dream burger design. The winner will be selected by the Venerdi team and notified directly. Their burger will be brought to life by our team and crowned the Battle of the Buns Champion. This will be shared via video across our social channels and through email marketing.
   If a winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur at 11AM the
   Tuesday after the original draw.
5. Venerdi will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to New Zealand
   addresses only.
6. Venerdi Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time
   should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Venerdi Limited is
   final.
7. Venerdi Limited staff are not eligible to enter.
8. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably
   suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the
   competition terms and conditions.
