Smeg Toaster Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Venerdi Limited, 33A Cartwright Road, Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand
   0602.
2. Promotion starts 20 February 2023 and finishes 26 February 2023 (‘Promotional Period’).
   Entries close at 5pm 26 February 2023. Two winners will be drawn on 27 February 2023 (1 x Australian winner, 1 x New Zealand winner).
3. The prize for this promotion for each winner is 1 x SMEG 4 Slice Toaster in white and 8 units of Gluten Freedom product delivered monthly for 3 months to an address in Australia or New Zealand. The retail value of the prize is approximately $510nzd.
4. To enter, entrants must follow both the @venerdi_bread and @glutenfreedom__
   Instagram pages and tag someone into the comments of the official Instagram post for this promotion. Entrants may comment multiple times and will receive one entry per comment.
   Winner will be chosen by chance draw and will be notified by direct message.
   If a winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur at 11AM the
   Tuesday after the original draw.
5. Venerdi will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to Australian and New Zealand
   addresses only.
6. Venerdi Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time
   should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Venerdi Limited is
   final.
7. Winners will be contacted by direct message and the names will be published in the comments section of the giveaway post approximately 24 hours after the winner is drawn.
8. Venerdi Limited staff are not eligible to enter.
9. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably
   suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the
   competition terms and conditions.
