Photo Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Venerdi Limited, 33A Cartwright Road, Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand
   0602.
2. The Promotion is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.
3. Promotion starts 18 January 2024 and finishes 15 February 2024 (‘Promotional Period’).
   Entries close at 5pm 15 February 2024. Three winners will be selected on the 16 February 2024 (New Zealand and Australia only).
4. The prize for this promotion is a one months supply of Venerdi products. One month supply consists of 4 x Venerdi Breads and 4 x Venerdi Smallgoods. The retail value of the prize is approximately $74 NZD.
5. To enter, entrants must like our Venerdi Gluten Free & Paleo Bread page on Facebook and comment on the promotional post a photo using a Venerdi product (includes Gluten Freedom, Organic Sourdough and Paleo products). Entrants may comment multiple times and will receive one entry per comment/photo.
6. Winners will be chosen the Venerdi Marketing team and will be notified by direct message.
   If a winner cannot be contacted over a period of 5 days a reselect will occur at 11AM the
   Thursday after the original draw.
7. Venerdi Limited has the rights reshare and use the photos commented by entrants for marketing purposes.
8. Venerdi will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to New Zealand
   and Australia addresses only.
9. Venerdi Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time
   should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Venerdi Limited is
   final.
10. Winners will be contacted by direct message and the names will be published in the comments section of the giveaway post approximately 24 hours after the winner is drawn.
11. Venerdi Limited staff are not eligible to enter.
12. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably
    suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the
    competition terms and conditions.
