1. The promoter is Venerdi Limited, 33A Cartwright Road, Kelston, Auckland, New Zealand
   0602.
2. The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 and over only.
3. Promotion starts 26th January 2024 and finishes 1st February 2024 (‘Promotional Period’).
   Entries close at 5pm 1st February 2024. Three winners will be drawn on the 2nd February 2024 (New Zealand only).
4. The prize for this promotion is a Planetbox ROVER Stainless Steel Lunchbox + Two Dippers containers. The retail value of the prize is approximately $98 NZD.
5. To enter, entrants must complete an order valued over $25 on the Venerdi website during the promotional period. Entrants may complete multiple orders and will receive one entry per order.
6. Winners will be randomly drawn and will be notified by direct email and announced via Venerdi database newsletter.
   If a winner cannot be contacted over a period of 5 days a reselect will occur at 11AM the
   Thursday after the original draw.
7. Venerdi will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to New Zealand addresses only.
8. Venerdi Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time
   should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Venerdi Limited is
   final.
9. Venerdi Limited staff are not eligible to enter.
10. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably
    suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the
    competition terms and conditions.
